At LV Furniture, we want you to love your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made pieces and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and photos of the item within 30 days of delivery.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions for your furniture.
Safe Packaging
Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all protective padding and hardware to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse undamaged.
Inspection and Refund
After our team inspects the returned piece, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
